We ensure thorough analysis of the chosen training course by implementing final paper (thesis) and practical exercises.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n IAB Academy works under the supervision of an interdisciplinary, top-class scientific advisory board<\/strong> and has always been intensively supported as a model project by the Movement Disorders department of the Hannover Medical School<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Since 2016 IAB has carried the sails of a certified education institution<\/strong> according to quality standards of Weiterbildung Hamburg e.V.\u00a9<\/sup><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Since 2018, IAB Akademie offers 12 further education modules<\/strong><\/a> (WbB) developed in the project “Netz3L – Hamburg ist!”. The aim was to ensure quality, comparability and transparency in education and training<\/strong>.\u00a0This project wass funded by the European Social Fund ESF and Hanseatic City of Hamburg.<\/p>\n In addition, Dr. Fereshte Adib Saberi obtained a certificate for the design of competence-oriented curricula as an instructor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n IAB Academy is based on accredited training courses, in which the prescribed CME\u00a0points of the respective medical associations<\/strong> and registering professional nurses<\/strong> (RbP<\/a>) can be purchased. <\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n We offer various events and training options. All training courses are designed as compact as possible to conveniently allow attendees from other locations\u00a0to participate.<\/p>\n Half-Day Courses in the\u00a0Morning or Evening: Full-Day Courses on Saturdays: <\/p>\n Those deciding not to take exams will receive a certificate of attendance<\/a> at the end of the course. On request a IAB Certificate will be issued after successful completion of our courses.<\/p>\n Admission to the exams require the regular attendance of our teaching units (min. 80%). Depending on the specialized subject the exam features a theoretical, a practical part as well as a final paper.<\/p>\n The final paper (thesis) offers a deep and exciting encounter with your specialized subject.<\/p>\n The Superior Training solidifies your competence by documentation and presentation of five interdisciplinary treatment procedures within at least 9 months in the field of interdisciplinary treatment of movement disorders.<\/p>\n The training course as an Instructor is strengthened by additional management and documentation of five interdisciplinary treatment procedures within at least 9 months and additionally chairing of at least each five groups composed of only therapists and interdisciplinary groups with therapists and patients and medical non-professionals about treatment of movement disorders.<\/p>\n A Degree Certificate will be awarded after documentation of all tests.<\/p>\n The IAB Team and your supervising faculty will assist you if needed with additional support.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n We work with high-quality teaching resources. According to\u00a0our training and education program we also offer scripts that will help you\u00a0to\u00a0improve your knowledge\u00a0about\u00a0the current topic.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n We advise and train you in the proper literature search.
