DEFEAT MSA AWARENESS FLOAT APPEARS IN ART PRIZE

MSA took center stage in the ART PRIZE, an international arts festival! The MSA Awareness Shoe Float (the world’s first MSA awareness float) beat out 800 other entries – to secure a prized spot in the city wide art prize portfolio.

Although the float did not make it into the finalists, it was featured on both Yahoo News and FOX NEWS!

International Movement Disorder Society Conference 2024

DEFEAT MSA ALLIANCE EXHIBITS AT THE MDS CONFERENCE IN PHILADELPHIA

Once again Defeat MSA Alliance volunteers advocated for the MSA community at the International Movement Disorders Society Meeting

The MDS meeting is the largest gathering of movement disorder specialists in the world. Defeat MSA was invited to exhibit at the conference. Volunteer board members staffed an exhibit as well as attend lectures related to MSA.

Defeat MSA’s aim is to educate doctors about this disease and to press for more treatments and more support for all our MSA warriors and their caregivers.
