Interdisciplinary Working Group for Movement Disorders
Parkinson Nurse Group Hannover
In November 2011 another IAB initiative was launched under the name of Parkinson Nurse Group Hannover (IAB FPA): Here staff of specialised Parkinson treatment centres was the target audience. For them we offered a specific curriculum covers information about the disease, treatment options including advanced therapies and job-specific discussions.
This group was scientifically chaired by Professor Dirk Dressler, MD, PhD, Head of Movement Disorders Section, Department of Neurology, Hannover Medical School.
All of our meetings have been cetificated by CME authorities for physicians, nurses and other health professionals.
At the moment unfortunately we must pause because of insufficient personnel capacities. New activities will be published on the IAB webpage.
